Antonina Demurtas Horner was born in 1979. She studied law at the University of Geneva, where she obtained her law degree in 2002. She completed her legal internship in a Geneva-based law firm specialized in civil litigation and commercial law.

She was admitted to the Bar in 2004. She then worked for five years as an associate in two Geneva-based legal firms specialized in civil litigation, contractual law, company law and banking law.

In 2009, she started to work as a clerk lawyer at the Court of First Instance where she worked for almost 10 years. She also held senior management position at the Geneva Judicial Power (Civil Court) during the course of the clerk lawyer’s activity.

In 2019, she delivered as part of the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Criminal Justice Administration a training at the Haute Ecole de Gestion in Neuchâtel.

In March 2019, she joined 100 Rhône Avocats as an associate. Her areas of expertise are commercial litigation, real estate law, corporate law, contracts and banking law.

She works in French, English and Italian.
