Sarkis Homberger was born in 1987. He studied law at the Swiss Distance Learning University where he obtained a Bachelor of Law in 2016, then at the University of Geneva where he obtained a Master of Laws in Economic Law and a Certificate in Transnational Law in 2018. Beforehand, and in order to complete his training, he obtained a Certificate of advanced studies in legal professions from the School for Advocacy in Geneva.

Before starting his law studies, he acquired a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) in 2011. During this curriculum, he accomplished several internships in five stars hotels in Switzerland. He also worked for an import-export company.

In 2018, he participated as a trainee in the summer programme organized jointly by the World Intellectual Property Organization and the University of Geneva. At the same time, he obtained a certificate from the World Intellectual Property Organization for completing a distance-learning course.

Sarkis Homberger joined the law firm 100 Rue du Rhône Avocats in September 2018.

He is fluent in French and in English and has a good command of German.
