Guillaume Francioli was born in 1980. He obtained a degree in Monetary and Financial Analysis (lic. SES) from the Geneva University School of Economics in 2003 and a Master in International Economics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in 2005. Between 2005 and 2008, he studied law at the Universities of Geneva and Bern and obtained a Master in Commercial Law. During this period, he worked as a teaching and research assistant in economics at the University of Geneva.

He was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2010 after an internship in the law firms Pestalozzi and 100 Rue du Rhône Avocats. In 2010 and 2011, he left temporarily the latter firm and worked for a U.S. leading law firm in Boston.

In 2015, he obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in real estate law.

His main areas of practice include real estate, contract, corporate and commercial law as well as international estate and tax planning.

He speaks French and English and has a good command of German.
