Marie Didierlaurent was born in 1977. She was admitted to practice at the Paris bar in 2004 and Geneva in 2014.
She completed her legal traineeship in 2003 and started working as an associate of the Antitrust, Competition and Trade Group of a major Anglo-Saxon law firm in 2004. In 2007, she was appointed case of officer in the mergers branch of the UK competition authority. In 2010, she joined the investigation unit of the French competition authority for another couple of years, before heading back to private practice, as senior associate of a major US law firm in 2013. A few years later in 2016, she developed her own legal practice with presence in Geneva and in Dubaï (UAE). Recently, she joined 100 Rhône Avocats in Geneva and founded 100 Legal Advisory in the UAE, from where she notably advises European corporate clients active across the Middle East.

Her main areas of practice include corporate matters, commercial contracts, competition law and economic sanctions. She has a particularly strong expertise when it comes to dealing with distribution and antitrust matters. She advises entrepreneurs, SMEs, as well as multinational groups active in various fields including energy, telecoms, healthcare, commodity trading (metals, minerals, agricultural products), retail, automation, and management consulting. Marie represents clients in commercial arbitration proceedings in front of LCIA, SCAI, DIFC-LCIA instances. She sits as arbitrator under the DIFC-LCIA arbitration rules.

Marie speaks fluent French, English and German.
