Damien Tournaire was born in 1984. He studied law at the University of Geneva where he obtained a Master in Economic Law in 2010 and a Certificate in Transnational Law. He worked as an assistant in the Commercial Law Department of the University of Geneva.

After he obtained his Certificate of advanced studies, Damien Tournaire completed a legal traineeship in a Geneva-based law firm specialised in civil and criminal litigation and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2014 (1st at the Bar exam).

He joined the law firm 100 Rue du Rhône Avocats in March 2015 as an associate.

His experience primarily focuses on contract, corporate and commercial law, as well as real estate, civil and criminal litigation and white collar crime.

He works in French and has a good command of English.
