David Bensimon was born in 1986. He studied law at the Universities of Fribourg and Cologne where he obtained a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Law with a specialization in economics, contract and property law on the one hand, and on the other hand in European and International Relations (IR).

He completed a legal traineeship in one of the oldest Geneva-based law firms specialized in civil and criminal litigation, as well as in commercial and corporate law. He was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2014.

David Bensimon acquired a strong real estate expertise after joining as an associate the law firm in which he completed his legal traineeship.

He joined the law firm 100 Rue du Rhône Avocats in September 2016 as an associate.

His main areas of practice include real estate, administrative law, contract law, civil and criminal litigation.

In 2021, David Bensimon obtained the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS), as well as the title of Certified Specialist SBA (Swiss Bar Association) in Construction and Real Estate Law, at the end of a one-year training course provided by the Institute for Swiss and International Construction Law.

He works in French, English, and has a good command of German.
